Colorful China Musicians and Dancers to Perform at Bullis

Colorful China, a showcase of exquisite costumes, dancing, singing, instruments and ethnic diversity of China will debut in the United States at Bullis School. The program features 40 musicians and dancers celebrating more than 50 ethnic groups of China through performance.

Colorful China showcased 40+ musicians and dancers highlighting the ethnic diversity and richness of China, as part of a cultural exchange between the United States and China to boost cultural communication and learn together from the experience of two nations with great ethnic diversity.

Cultural China is presented by the Chinese National Museum of Ethnology and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, together with World Artists Experiences. The event is closed to the public, but the media is invited to cover this unique cultural exchange.

WHERE:  The Blair Family Center for the Arts, Bullis School, 10601 Falls Road, Potomac, MD

WHEN:   Monday, November 1, 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m., with additional classroom visits by the performers between 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Bullis School has approximately 630 students in grades three through 12, and offers a college preparatory program that balances academic challenge with strong programs in athletics and arts.
