According to the police, Sayeh Kassraei, 26, of the 8900 block of Falls Farm Drive in Potomac was last in touch with her family via phone around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Police said, she planned on traveling to West Virginia on Friday. Her family believes she made it to West Virginia, however her exact destination within the state is not known.

Kassraei is being described as a white woman, about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds. She has long, brown hair and brown eyes, authorities said. She wears glasses.

Her family and police are worried about Kassraei because she has a diminished mental capacity.
