Founding Farmer's Comes to Potomac Fall 2011

Washington’s greenest restaurant, and one of the most popular food destinations in the country, announces plans to open a second location in the Park Potomac Development in Potomac, Maryland. Dan Simons and Mike Vucurevich, principals of Vucurevich Simons Advisory Group (VSAG) and concept developers of Founding Farmers, will manage investors and operations for this second location set to open in Fall 2011.

Community Embraces Local Artisan Bread Shop: Breadsmith® of Potomac Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

Milwaukee-based Breadsmith®, a leading nationwide bakery franchise, announces the one-year anniversary of their Breadsmith of Potomac location, owned and operated by Tamir and Brenda Bennaim.

“We want to thank the community of Potomac, the local schools and grocery stores we service, and our loyal customers for a great first year of business,” says Brenda, who owns and operates the store with her husband, Tamir.  “This year has been an adventure, but our customers make all the hard work worth it.  We look forward to many more years to come.”

Lobster Night at Normandie Farm

The Normandie Farm Restaurant, 10710 Falls Rd, Potomac, MD 20854 hosts lobster night featuring specials on fresh Maine lobster for lunch and dinner on Saturdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

The next special will be held tomorrow October 13.

Normandie Farm is a staple of Potomac, since it was first established in 1931.  The restaurant serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.  The French decor of the restaurant gives an unforgettable experience to its customers.  

Dinner specialties include Beef Wellington, Roasted Seabass, Chateau Briand and many more.

The Potomac Rotary Club meets at Normandie Farm every Wednesday at 12:15pm.
